This is the second year I'm trying to overwinter my container garden; the first year everything died. I live in an apartment with a "rooftop" as a back porch and would like to have a nice garden out there. What can I do to help my perennials, clematis, and roses make it through the winter? They are all supposedly hardy in this zone. Am I too late to take precautions?
